ESM Atlas

ESM Atlas gives researchers a new way to explore protein space at scale — 6.8 billion proteins spanning life’s full biodiversity, with more than one billion predicted structures. Organized by ESMC’s learned representation space and ESMFold2’s high-resolution predictions, it surfaces structural and functional relationships across the tree of life that go beyond sequence or fold similarity.
